2023 Assessment

On April 21, 2023, the North Carolina Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association Board of Directors declared the following assessments:

There will not be a Class A assessment.

The Board authorized a 2% Life and a $60 million Annuity Class B assessment. The Board may call the Class B assessments later this year.

There will not be a Class B assessment for the Health or Unallocated Annuity accounts.
